Washington Place

We were hired to help with hard finish selections and to custom design all the millwork and built-ins on this expansive 5 bedroom condo.  Our client had purchased pre-construction in a multi-dwelling development, so we formulated a plan to work mostly within the developer’s selections program while holding off on a few key items for post-closing to make it truly feel like a customized unit. We engaged one of our favorite Italian cabinet vendors to do all of the cabinets and millwork to achieve highly functional spaces with timeless modern design.
