We designed the selections program and managed the buyer selections process for this 45-unit project in 2 sister buildings. These units were more custom than most production-build new construction residential real estate developments.  Our team acted as the conduit between each individual buyer and the development, sales and construction teams to manage the selections process, individual unit construction documents and rough and electrical and finish selection execution in the field.
