A spec unit finished by a developer was having some trouble capturing the imagination of a potential buyer.  We were brought in to stage the immense unit. The overall goal was to bring the extremely large spaces down to a more human scale.  We were given a very modest budget and 2 weeks from start to finish, so this was definitely an exercise of design on a dime (on time).
