Centrum Wicker Park

Designed to be a “transit rental” building, located near the El in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood, we designed a model unit with young professionals in mind. We wanted to design a space that as potential renters went to showing after showing, this unit would be memorable. It feels at home perched above bustling Wicker Park.
